Shandin Hills Golf Project- July 2026
In partnership with San Bernardino City Councilwoman Kim Knaus, We Are the Change launched a community fundraising initiative to support the revitalization of the Shandin Hills Golf Course—an important recreational space that had experienced years of neglect.

Roof Giveaway in Fontana- May 2026
e Are the Change proudly partnered with community leaders and local organizations to provide a new roof for a deserving family in Fontana, helping restore safety, stability, and hope to a household facing financial hardship.

Senior Home Assistance- April 2026
We Are the Change organized a community volunteer initiative to assist senior residents with cleaning and organizing their homes, helping create safer, healthier, and more comfortable living environments.

Veterans Beautification Project- May 2026
This service project brought together volunteers dedicated to improving and revitalizing the property, creating a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for the veterans who have selflessly served our country.

Martin Tudor Hills Park Clean Up
Volunteers dedicated their time to removing litter, clearing debris, improving landscaped areas, and revitalizing the park to create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for local families. The project reflected our commitment to preserving public spaces while fostering community pride and encouraging residents to take an active role in caring for their neighborhoods.

Kendall Beautification Project
The Kendall Beautification Project transformed a neglected community corner into a beautiful, welcoming green space for residents to enjoy. In collaboration with community partners, volunteers, and local leaders, We Are the Change helped revitalize an underutilized area by cleaning the site, enhancing the landscaping, and creating a small neighborhood park that promotes community pride and connection.
